Self awareness means taking the time to check in with yourself both physically and mentally and dedicate the time and resources necessary to build yourself back up. Rather that means taking a step back from a few things or spending some quality time alone, self care must remain a priority. Always remember that it is ok to feel whatever it is that you may be feeling as long as you find your way back to yourself.
