Acknowledge and congratulate yourself for your contributions to others. You may not realize it but everything you do or don’t do has an effect on someone else, usually those closest to you. Reflect on all of the times your sacrifices, planning and hard work has benefited your life as well as the lives of your loved ones and keep up the good work!
